Meet the 2024-25 All-Delaware County Boys Basketball Team

MUNCIE — The Delaware County Athletic Association has announced the 2024-25 All-County Boys Basketball Team.

The team features 12 players and two honorable mentions from the six schools in the DCAA — Cowan, Daleville, Delta, Wapahani, Wes-Del and Yorktown. This year, Wapahani led the way with three all-county selections.

Below is the 2024-25 All-Delaware County boys basketball team:

Brody Clifford, sophomore, Cowan

Clifford led Cowan in scoring with an average of 12.2 points per game. He shot 41% from the floor and also averaged 5.7 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game.

Luke Garrett, junior, Cowan

Garrett averaged 11.4 PPG on 43% field goal shooting. The junior guard was the Blackhawks' top 3-point shooter, going 45-for-109 from deep (41%).

Hunter Suchyna, senior, Daleville

Suchyna was one of the top scorers in the county, averaging 20.5 PPG on 43% field goal shooting and 35% 3-point shooting. The senior starred in Daleville's postseason run — he scored 21, 33 and 14 points in three sectional games to lead the Broncos to their first sectional title since 2009, then scored 33 again in Daleville's regional loss.

Noah Colvin, senior, Daleville

Colvin averaged 10.3 PPG and a team-high 5.2 APG for Daleville. On defense, he also led the team in steals with 2.8 per game. The senior caught fire from 3-point range in sectionals, shooting 10-for-13 from deep over the three games, including a 6-for-7 performance in the sectional championship.

Jordan Furney, senior, Delta

Furney led Delta in every major statistical category except for rebounds. The senior averaged 12.9 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 2.0 steals and 0.7 blocks per game. Furney helped the Eagles win their third consecutive sectional and regional championships.

Bronson Edwards, senior, Delta

Edwards averaged 11.3 points, 5.8 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.7 steals and 0.6 blocks for Delta. He hit a game-winning layup with two seconds to go in the Eagles' regional win over Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian.

Camden Bell, junior, Wapahani

Bell was one of the area's most efficient scorers, leading Wapahani with 18 PPG on 55% field goal shooting and 52% 3-point shooting. The junior also averaged 4.8 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.1 steals per game as he led the Raiders to a 26-2 record and the school's third straight sectional and regional titles.

Nate Luce, senior, Wapahani

Luce averaged 15.3 PPG and knocked down more 3-pointers than any player in the state with 118. The senior also averaged 3.6 assists and a team-high 1.6 steals per game. Luce was also a 92% free throw shooter.

Eli Andrews, junior, Wapahani

Andrews averaged 11 PPG and led the Raiders in both rebounds and assists with averages of 5.3 RPG and 3.8 APG. The junior also impressed defensively with an average of 1.3 SPG and a team high 0.9 BPG.
