RAPID CITY — Brooklynn Randall and Jonah Anderson each won championships and 25 other Watertown Wrestling Booster Club wrestlers placed in the 2025 South Dakota Wrestling Coaches State AAU Wrestling Tournament that concluded on Sunday.
Randall won the 19U girls 115-pound division and Anderson the 14U boys 95-pound division.

National Wrestling Coaches Association Honor
Danielle Batchelor of Clark, a freshman wrestler at the University of Dubuque (Iowa), recently received a Scholar All-American honor.
To be eligible for the honor, the student-athlete must be a top eight placer at nationals with at least a 3.0 cumulative grade-point average or a national qualifier with a 3.25 or higher cumulative GPA or competed in a minimum of 15 matches with at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA.
