Last week's winner was West Creek softball junior Paityn Swift.

This week's candidates are listed below:

Ava Ahearn, softball, Clarksville: Went 3-for-4 with an RBI in a 7-3 loss at Kirkwood on April 1.

Brilee Anderson, softball, Houston County: Pitched three innings in a 17-1 win over Kenwood, giving up no hits while striking out six. Had three RBIs, scored three runs, stole a base and hit a triple.

KayLee Carnall, softball, Kirkwood: Went 3-for-4 with two RBIs against Clarksville.

Ariyana Lewis, softball, West Creek: Went 2-for-3 with two doubles, four runs, two stolen bases and one RBI in a 15-4 win at Kenwood on April 1.

Ashlee Phillips, softball, Montgomery Central: Went 4-for-4 with a double, a triple and two RBIs in a 5-0 win at Sycamore on April 1.

Avah Sams, softball, Clarksville Christian: Threw a four-inning no-hitter with seven strikeouts and one walk in an 18-0 win at South Haven Christian on April 1. Also scored two runs.
