NFL free agency began two weeks ago with the opening of the permitted negotiation window before the start of the new league year. As of today, more than 400 contracts have been signed. Cards Wire's Howard Balzer noted that 202 players have changed teams and 201 have re-signed.
The Arizona Cardinals had 26 free agents to start the offseason. Five signed with other teams. Eight players have re-signed and another, receiver Greg Dortch, has been tendered as a restricted free agent.
