Their time is now. The 20 candidates for the 2025 Daily News Fans Preseason Baseball Player of the Year are players looking to make their mark this spring. Only three were named Daily News All-Stars last spring.
Most were all-stars in their league, many have committed to play collegiately and they're all tough outs.
