The annual NFL Meeting brings coaches and owners together to discuss the pace of the game and what needs to be adjusted. The meetings also allow the media to reach these coaches and owners during the offseason, after free agency but before the NFL Draft.
Mark Wilf, a member of the Vikings ownership group, spoke to the NFL Network on Tuesday. Tom Pelissero asked him how he feels about the team's future, and he gave a great response that reflected how everyone feels about the team.
"I feel really good with Coach O'Connell and Kwesi (Adofo-Mensah), our whole football brain trust, coaches, personnel working really well together. Real excited about our offseason, the additions we made with new players, bringing back some of our veteran players as well, and J.J. (McCarthy) is doing great. . .real confident about the future."
You can hear everything Wilf said about the team's state in the clip below. Wilf shares a good amount of information about the team's state, and it is a rare instance of an owner seemingly happy with every level of his franchise.
