Could the Vikings trade Jordan Addison before the NFL Draft?

The Vikings have a very active front office led by Kwesi Adofo-Mensah. They have shown they aren't afraid to spend in free agency or to make any splash trades in the draft. For one writer though, he thinks the Vikings could be tempted to send someone to a contender in the AFC.

Bills beat writer Matt Parrino was asked in a mailbag for Syracuse.com about potential trade targets for Buffalo. He named Jordan Addison for the Vikings, but it is important to note this is him speculating and not making the assumption based on any concrete sourcing.

Parrino writes, "Two other names to monitor are New Orleans Saints receiver Chris Olave, who does come with a concerning concussion history, and maybe Minnesota receiver Jordan Addison. The Vikings just gave All-Pro receiver Justin Jefferson a monster new deal and Addison will be extension eligible after the 2025 season. The Bills and Vikings have pulled off a trade in the past for a big-time receiver and Beane should look into Addison’s availability. From the outside looking in, Addison seems to have played his best ball when Jefferson was out of the lineup in 2023. He’s a vertical threat who can win at all three levels. I think he’d be a fun addition to the Bills offense."

Last offseason, there was some speculation about a Jordan Addison trade following his arrest outside of Los Angeles International Airport. Addison followed that up by posting 875 yards and scoring nine touchdowns so it doesn't make sense for the Vikings to trade him given the consistency he has shown through two years with the team.
