This weekend's Alabama vs. Auburn Top 25 baseball series will feature a change in scheduling.
The Crimson Tide (26-4 overall, 6-3 SEC) and Tigers (20-9, 4-5) will now play a doubleheader Saturday at Auburn's Plainsman Park. Game 1 is scheduled for 2 p.m. CT, while Game 2 is scheduled for 7 p.m. Sunday's series finale was moved to Saturday due to the threat of inclement weather.
Right-hander Riley Quick (4-1, 3.22 ERA) was listed as Alabama's starter for Saturday's game against Auburn left-hander Cade Fisher (NR, 4.15 ERA) heading into the weekend, with Bobby Alcock (3-1, 4.76) listed as Sunday's Alabama starter.
Game 2 of Saturday's doubleheader will be televised on SEC Network, while Game 1 will be available for streaming via SEC Network+ and ESPN+.
Rob Vaughn's Crimson Tide are ranked No. 8 nationally across this week's Top 25 polls. Auburn is ranked No. 17 in the USA TODAY Sports Coaches Poll.
