Cornerback is high on the Rams’ list of needs in this year’s draft, even after re-signing Ahkello Witherspoon to a one-year deal. They could use some young talent at the position, whether it’s early in the draft or later on in the process.
They’re showing interest in Louisiana cornerback Keyon Martin, who’s a late-round prospect with good speed. He ran a 4.38 in the 40-yard dash and jumped 10 feet 4 inches in the broad with a 38-inch vertical, so athleticism isn’t a question with him.
He is on the smaller side, standing just 5-foot-9 and 166 pounds, so he could be better suited for the slot.

Martin could be a name to watch on Day 3 if they haven't already grabbed a cornerback earlier in the draft.
