Rams could target WR and LB with first two picks in 2025 NFL Draft

The Los Angeles Rams have a big gap between their first two picks in the 2025 NFL Draft.

The Rams currently own the No. 26 pick but won't make another selection until No. 90 if they don't move up or down the draft. With a few areas of need across the roster, general manager Les Snead will need to prioritize which positions to target depending on how the board falls at each pick.

NFL.com draft analyst Chad Reuter listed his best fits for each team's first two selections and handed the Rams two surprising picks: Texas receiver Isaiah Bond at No. 26 and Oklahoma linebacker Danny Stutsman at No. 90.

Los Angeles traded its 2025 second-round choice to Carolina last year to move up for Braden Fiske, so as things stand now, the team's next pick won't come until deep into Round 3 — but the Rams would surely love to find an instinctual and tough leader in the linebacker corps like Stutsman there."

Bond ran a 4.34 in the 40-yard dash at his pro day after he posted a 4.39 at the NFL combine in April. He caught 34 passes for 540 yards and five touchdowns in 14 games this past season following a year at Alabama where he caught 48 passes for 668 yards and four touchdowns.

As for Stustman, he would be an ideal depth piece for the Rams shallow linebacker room. The Rams met with him at combine following a college career where he tallied 376 combined tackles 47 games, including more than 100 in the past three seasons. Stutsman finished with three interceptions and eight sacks at ...
