The start of April has begun and a bunch of roster moves across the country have been made, with a ton of movement commencing. Michigan State has not been immune to the news, and the Spartans have suffered their third departure of the day.
After both Tre Holloman and Gehrig Normand decided to hit the portal, a third Spartan has entered their name in the portal, this time being PF Xavier Booker.
This one comes as less of a shock, with Booker being a coach's decision DNP in the final three games of the NCAA Tournament, and just ultimately never panned out to the lofty expectations he had in East Lansing.
In two seasons with Michigan State, Booker played in 60 games (five being starts) and averaged 4.3 points and 2.0 rebounds per game while shooting 42.5% from the field and 27.3% from three.
NEW: Michigan State forward Xavier Booker has entered the NCAA Transfer Portal, @JamieShaw5 reports.

While things never worked out between MSU and Booker, Spartan fans will sure be supportive of the big man in his next collegiate stops.
