Michigan State hockey F Mikey DeAngelo enters the transfer portal after one season

Michigan State hockey concluded the 2024-25 season in disappointment, dropping their final game to the No. 4 seeded Cornell Big Red. Now, with the season concluding, it is roster mania, and the transfer portal is in full swing.

The latest departure for Michigan State has come from a forward, Mikey DeAngelo, the fourth line center for the Spartans. An Itasca, Illinois native, DeAngelo spent one year in East Lansing, playing in 33 games where he scored three goals and six assists.

DeAngelo will be moving on to his next stop, that is yet to be determined, but he will now be finding a new home in college hockey.
