There are a ton of questions all over the place for the NCAA and giving certain players additional eligibility. A former Michigan State wide receiver was at the center of those discussions.
Southfield (MI) native Christian Fitzpatrick started his collegiate career at Louisville, before spending three seasons in East Lansing. After his three year stint with MSU, Fitzpatrick moved on to play one year at Marshall. Now, having been granted an additional year of eligibility, Fitzpatrick has put his name back into the NCAA transfer portal.
During his time at MSU, Fitzpatrick tallied 22 catches for 272 yards and a touchdown. He had a breakout year with Marshall this past season, securing 34 catches for 576 yards and six touchdowns.
