The Texas Tech basketball team has added a second commitment out of the transfer portal this week.
Washington State transfer LeJuan Watts announced his commitment to the Red Raiders on Instagram on Saturday night. Texas Tech previously earned a commitment from Santa Clara guard Tyeree Bryan earlier this week.
