The New England Patriots will host Texas A&M edge rusher Shemar Stewart on a top-30 visit this week, according to The Draft Network’s Ryan Fowler.
Stewart measures in at 6-foot-5 and 267 pounds. He is coming off a productive 2024 season with 31 combined tackles, 1.5 sacks, two past deflections and a forced fumble. He spent three seasons at Texas A&M, recording 65 combined tackles, 4.5 sacks, four pass deflections and two fumble recoveries.
The Patriots could benefit from help on the edge, especially after the departure of Deatrich Wise Jr. Stewart has a reputation for being a disruptor and a player who can get into the offensive backfield quickly.
After visiting today with Carolina, Texas A&M EDGE Shemar Stewart will travel to meet with the Colts, Ravens, Patriots & Steelers this week, per source.

The Patriots are coming up on one of their most important drafts in franchise history. They've gone to great efforts to improve defensively with key free agent additions, including Milton Williams, Robert Spillane, Harold Landry III and Carlton Davis III.
The next order of business could be adding a premier pass-rusher to put pressure on opposing quarterbacks.
