The Tennessee Titans have done a solid job addressing their offensive line through free agency by adding starters Dan Moore and Kevin Zeitler, along with versatile reserve Blake Hance. While many outlets have applauded these moves, Tennessee could still look to improve the depth in the unit during the NFL draft.
Through the early portion of the pre-draft process, Tennessee has not been linked to many offensive line prospects. There were a few interviews mentioned at the NFL Scouting Combine and some local prospects scheduled for visits, but really, there has been silence.
That changed on Monday when Ian Rapoport reported that the Titans were hosting William & Mary offensive tackle Charles Grant on a Top 30 visit.
William & Mary OT Charles Grant is visiting the #Titans today, source says, and he has the #Ravens, #Eagles, and #Bengals coming up. He also had an early visit with the #Texans last week.

Grant is one of the more underrated prospects in this draft class due to his slight physical limitations and small college experience. He is a raw talent with tremendous upside, who uses his wrestling background and athleticism to his advantage.
At 6-foot-5, 311 pounds, Grant lacks the mass many teams look for at tackle as he enters the league and could use a year inside of an NFL weight room to add functional strength, but his natural ability at the tackle position cannot be coached.
Grant should be viewed as a solid Day 2 pick with Pro Bowl upside with a team that gives him a legitimate shot to develop. While he won’t come in and compete for a starting position as a rookie, he has a chance to be a long-term answer at either tackle position once his physical development catches up to the foundation he already has in place.
With Tennessee having starters JC Latham and Dan Moore locked up, Grant may be a home run pick in the mid-rounds for the Titans, and he should be a name to watch as the draft approaches.
