Michigan State basketball is gearing up for their Elite 8 matchup against the Auburn Tigers on Sunday evening, where the Spartans are facing the No. 1 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament.
As always in the NCAA Tournament, matchups play a major role in how games play out, especially with unfamiliar foes. Auburn, being as good of a team as they are, can pose as a major matchup problem for most teams.
While the team is finishing their preparations for the Tigers, Michigan State assistant coach Jon Borovich spoke to some media members and gave insight on what the staff feels about the upcoming matchups they will have with Auburn, while also giving some insight into some gameplan tidbits.
