Local games washed out due to rain

Rain throughout Oklahoma has canceled games for area teams scheduled for Thursday, April 3.

Tahlequah baseball and Sequoyah baseball both had their tournament days canceled due to rainfall across Oklahoma.

Sequoyah was set to play in the Muldrow tournament taking on the Westville Yellowjackets at 11 a.m. The Tigers were set to play in two different tournaments with the junior varsity going to Pryor and the varsity playing in Noble.

SHS baseball wasn't the only Indians squad to get washed out, the Lady Indians home game was also canceled due to the rain.

As it stands there is no word on if the Muldrow or Pyror Tournament will continue after Thursday. However, the tournament in Noble was already shortened to one day prior to the cancellation.
