A week full of plenty of standout efforts from Tuscarawas-area student-athletes included numerous record-setting performances along with stellar pitching efforts.
Make your choice for the top performances from local student-athletes during the week of April 7-12 action from which to choose in the Times-Reporter Athletes of the Week polls for boys and girls sports. High school sports fans can vote in two polls this week to pick their top performance. The polls run until 5 p.m. Wednesday.
Nominations for Athlete of the Week can be sent to sports@timesreporter.com by noon Sunday. Please include the athlete's name, school and sport and a little about their accomplishment that week.
Winners will be announced on The Times-Reporter website. You can see the full list of spring winners so far below this week's polls.
