Broncos fall out of top 12 in pre-draft NFL power rankings

The Denver Broncos are ranked 13th in Jarrett Bailey's pre-draft NFL power rankings for Touchdown Wire. They're ranked sixth in the conference and third in the AFC West.

"I love the defense," Bailey wrote on Touchdown Wire. "Nik Bonitto and Zach Allen deserve much more credit than they get, and Patrick Surtain just won the Defensive Player of the Year."

Despite having praise for their defense and admitting that he underestimated the team last year, Bailey is not yet ready to call them a true contender.

"[W]hile Denver proved me wrong [in 2024], I'm still not sold on them being a powerhouse. That said, they'll be competitive and back in the Wild Card picture."

Elsewhere in the division, the Kansas City Chiefs are ranked No. 2, Los Angeles Chargers are ranked No. 12 and the Las Vegas Raiders are ranked No. 18. To view the complete NFL power rankings ahead of the draft, visit Touchdown Wire.
