4-star RB Carsyn Baker names top five schools

The Georgia Bulldogs are among the top five schools for four-star running back recruit Carsyn Baker.

Baker is a member of the class of 2026 and plays high school football for Langston Hughes High School in Fairburn, Georgia. Baker's top five schools are the Georgia Bulldogs, Ohio State Buckeyes, Florida State Seminoles, Clemson Tigers and South Carolina Gamecocks.

Baker and Langston Hughes advanced to the state championship game this season before falling to Milton High School, 56-35. The 6-foot-1, 205-pound running back also runs track and has excellent speed. Baker showed off his breakaway speed on a 70-yard touchdown run in the state championship game.

The Langston Hughes star is ranked the No. 175 player in the class of 2026 and the No. 14 running back, per 247Sports. Baker is the No. 23 recruit in Georgia in the rising senior class.

Head coach Kirby Smart and Georgia have the No. 20 ranked class of 2026. The Bulldogs have just six commitments, but it is too early to tell how things will end up in the 2026 recruiting cycle. Georgia does not have any running back commitments at this time.
