Oluchi Okananwa and No. 2 Duke look to secure their fifth Final Four berth and the first since 2006 when they face No. 1 South Carolina on Sunday.
Okananwa, a sophomore, has been instrumental for the Blue Devils in the NCAA women's tournament, scoring 15 points and grabbing seven rebounds in the first-round win over Lehigh and a double-double of 12 points and 12 rebounds in the Sweet Sixteen victory against North Carolina.
Okananwa had an electrifying freshman season, earning the ACC Sixth Player of the Year award and a spot on the All-ACC Freshman Team.

Oluchi Okananwa was born on Feb. 27, 2004, which makes her 21 years old. She does not qualify for the WNBA Draft because the league requires domestic draft entrants to be at least 22 years old during the year in which the draft takes place and to have no remaining college eligibility. She will be eligible in 2026.

Iriafen was a four-star recruit and the No. 27 overall player in the 2023 recruiting class by ESPN HoopGurlz Recruiting Rankings. She attended Worcester Academy in Worcester, Massachusetss where she was named a McDonald's All American.
Okananwa chose Duke over Villanova, Yale, Providence and Rhode Island.
