The Indianapolis Colts reportedly had a Pro Day visit with Illinois defensive end Seth Coleman, according to Justin Melo of The Draft Network.
Along with speaking with Coleman at the Illinois Pro Day, Coleman will also be at the Colts' local Pro Day as well.
Coleman measured in at 6-034 - 248 pounds and posted a Relative Athletic Score (RAS) of 7.14 out of 10. He stood out in the 40, running a 4.68 and in the vertical and broad jumps.
Seth Coleman is a DE prospect in the 2025 draft class. He scored a 7.14 RAS out of a possible 10.00. This ranked 576 out of 2012 DE from 1987 to 2025.https://t.co/UcCnz9rOs3pic.twitter.com/LqU8SBJB4k

Coleman played nearly 2,200 defensive snaps in his six seasons at Illinois, including over 570 snaps in each of the last three.
His most productive year as a pass rusher by PFF's metrics came in 2022, when he totaled 37 pressures and six sacks. This year, Coleman logged 30 pressures and one sack. For what it's worth, he's graded out as a slightly above-average run defender.
"I was able to hone in on my technique," Coleman told Melo in an interview. "I was able to see more and do more as a player because I trusted my eyes. I felt like a smoother, more efficient player. That’s how I felt. I also gained some good weight. I gained 10 pounds going into the season.
"I used more power as a rusher. I became a better power rusher because I had that good weight on me."
Coleman would also mention in his interview with Melo that he did go through some drills at his Pro Day as an off-ball linebacker. "Wherever they put me, I'll put my best foot forward," said Coleman.
