New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs is turning heads in a new workout video posted on his Instagram.
The four-time Pro Bowl wide receiver is still recovering from an ACL injury he suffered last October. The Patriots signed him in March with the hopes that he would be ready for the opening week of the season. So far, it looks as though he is on track for that timeline.
Diggs recorded 47 catches for 496 yards and three touchdowns before his season-ending injury with the Houston Texans last season. He had eclipsed 1,000 yards receiving in the previous six seasons with the Buffalo Bills.
Now that his health is improving, he'll be looking to get back to being one of the league's most productive receivers.

A healthy Diggs will bring an explosive element to the Patriots' offense.
He figures to be a major part of the equation at wide receiver, as well as a key locker room presence for a youthful Patriots team. There is still plenty of time between now and the start of the 2025 regular season, but this video proves Diggs is well ahead of schedule in his recovery.
Here's how some in the NFL world reacted to his progress:
I’ve never gotten so hyped watching a player train in the offseason.

Of all the players we joke about “being ahead of schedule”, Diggs actually might finally be the one to be ahead of schedule. 👇🏼https://t.co/AuKCs5EVeChttps://t.co/Pb7f9JOCec
