NHL Fantasy Hockey Waiver Wire Forward Pickups April 7 - Like a Good Neighbours, Kuzmenko Is Also There

On every game day this season, THN Fantasy will highlight players and goalies for fantasy managers to stream or roster for the rest of the season. The recommended players and goalies are rostered in less than 50 percent of Yahoo leagues and can be selected in standard fantasy leagues or for daily fantasy games.

Jake Neighbours, LW/RW, STL @ WPG (24% rostered)
Neighbours recently went goalless for seven straight contests, but has found his lamp-lighting form, notching three tallies his last two contests. His production will be needed with Dylan Holloway (lower body) week-to-week, as he now firmly ensconced as the team's second line right winger. Neighbours is up to 22 goals, 45 points, 122 shots on net, 160 hits, 51 blocked shots, 51 PIM and an even plus-minus rating through a career-high 78 appearances.

Viktor Arvidsson, LW/RW, EDM @ ANA (12% rostered)
Arvidsson saw his three-game goal-scoring streak end Saturday. I thought Arvidsson was a perfect fit for Edmonton when he signed a two-year, $8 million contract with the Oilers last July due to his strong 5x5 numbers. He has struggled, posting just 13 goals, 25 points, 142 shots on net and a minus-1 rating over 61 appearances. Arvidsson is getting a chance to redeem himself with Connor McDavid sidelined and Leon Draisaitl possibly out after re-aggravating his injury.

Andrei Kuzmenko, LW/RW. LA vs. SEA (20% rostered)
Kuzmenko has thrived since coming to LA. His point streak is up to four games (three goals, four assists) after he lit the lamp Saturday. Kuzmenko took a bit of time to settle in with the Kings, failing to dent the scoresheet his first seven games there. Since then, Kuzmenko has five goals and six assists in nine contests, skating on the team's top line next to Anze Kopitar.

Tyler Toffoli, LW/RW, SJ vs. CGY (36% rostered)
Toffoli has notched at least 50 points for the third straight season and fourth time in his career, aided by him earning five points over his last six outings. He has a strong shot at matching the 55 points he scored last season, though he will finish well short of the 73 points he tallied two seasons ago. Toffoli has provided veteran leadership to a young San Jose team, sitting with 28 goals and 22 assists.
