NFL released Steelers offseason workout schedule

The NFL has announced when the Pittsburgh Steelers' 2025 offseason workouts will commence—and it's less than three weeks away.

The Pittsburgh Steelers will kick off their offseason workouts on April 21st—and the focus during these first two weeks will be on strength and conditioning, physical rehab, and meetings.

A developmental program for rookies, which lasts seven weeks, is permitted for teams to host starting May 12th.

Organized team activity offseason workouts—better known as OTAs—will take place from May 27th to the 29th, and again from June 3rd to the 5th.

No live contact is allowed for teams during these workouts, but the NFL states that 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 is permitted.

According to the official NFL website, these offseason workouts are designed “to provide training, teaching and physical conditioning for players.”

All eyes will be on who will become 2025's training camp and offseason superstar for the Pittsburgh Steelers—as plenty of positional battles are likely to take place on both offense and defense.
