Atlanta Falcons 2025 offseason workout dates announced

On Thursday, the NFL announced the 2025 offseason workout dates for all 32 teams. These voluntary periods may not seem important but they're a good way to build team chemistry for the upcoming season. The NFL has strict rules to preserve player safety, dividing the workouts into three phases.

The Atlanta Falcons' first voluntary workout is three weeks away, starting on April 22. Check out the team's offseason workout schedule below.

2025 Offseason Workout Dates

  • First day: April 22
  • OTA workouts: May 27-28, May 30, June 2-3, June 5
  • Mandatory minicamp: June 10-11

The Falcons and the other 31 NFL teams will have a rookie minicamp in May. However, according to NFL.com's offseason breakdown, the start date has yet to be determined.

"Each club may hold a rookie football development program for a period of seven weeks, which in 2025 may begin on May 12. During this period, no activities may be held on weekends, with the exception of one post-Draft rookie minicamp, which may be conducted on either the first or second weekend following the draft."

For now, Atlanta must focus on the 2025 NFL draft, which is just three weeks away. The team currently holds the 15th overall pick. With just five total picks, the Falcons' 2025 draft class should be fairly small.
