Dolphins' 2025 offseason program dates announced

The Miami Dolphins will begin their 2025 offseason program later this month followed by organized team practice activities (OTAs) starting in May, the NFL announced Thursday.

According to the league, the Dolphins will begin Phase One of their offseason on April 21.

Phase One lasts for two weeks and limits teams to meetings, strength and conditioning, and physical rehabilitation only. For the next three weeks, the Dolphins will hold Phase Two of their offseason program, which can include on-field workouts and drills, but at a walkthrough pace and without live contact or team offense vs. team defense drills.

Things will ramp up on May 27 when the Dolphins begin OTAs, which still prohibit live contact but allow for 7-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills to start. Those sessions are scheduled for:

  • May 27

  • June 2
  • June 3
  • June 5
  • June 10 (mandatory mini-camp)
