Even though we’re nowhere near the start of the 2025 NFL season, offseason workouts are right around the corner for all 32 teams. Before the draft kicks off on April 24, the Los Angeles Rams will be back in the building beginning their preparation for next season.
The league announced offseason workout dates for each team on Thursday and the Rams’ program gets underway on April 21. They’ll then get into OTAs in late May before holding a three-day minicamp in the middle of June. After that, they’ll break until training camp begins in July.
Here are the exact dates of their offseason workout program.
Rams offseason workout dates
First Day: April 21
OTA Offseason Workouts: May 27-28, May 30, June 2-3, June 5, June 9-10, June 12
Mandatory Minicamp: June 16-18
Initially, this offseason program will consist mostly of meetings and strength and conditioning work. On-field workouts can take place on Phase 2, though they're limited to walk-through speed. In Phase 3, OTAs begin, and though there is no live contact allowed, teams are then able to run 7-on-7 and 11-on-11 team drills where the offense goes up against the defense.
