Just two weeks ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft, one of the more prominent wide receiver prospects has addressed some legal issues that have clouded his draft stock. Texas wideout Isaiah Bond turned himself in to Texas authorities for an outstanding sexual assault warrant.
Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reported Bond surrendered to Frisco police over the incident, of which the timing and exact details have yet to be released publicly. He was processed and released on bond.
Bond is generally projected as a Day 2 prospect, though the sexual assault allegations have made those projections murky. The Alabama transfer caught 33 passes for 532 yards and five TDs for the Longhorns in 2024.

We'll find out how much the legal issues impact Bond's draft status in a couple of weeks. Even if exonerated, it's still a difficult conversation for teams to have with Bond.
