With the playoffs around the corner, the Oklahoma City Thunder have played some of their best basketball. They're putting the finishing touches on one of the greatest regular-season campaigns in NBA history. With constant success comes accomplishments.

30 minutes after Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was named the West's Player of the Month award winner, Thunder head coach Mark Daigneault was named the West's March Coach of the Month award winner. He led the Thunder to a 15-1 run in that stretch.

This was Daigneault's third Coach of the Month award this season. He also won it in December and February. It was a busy month for the Thunder as they clinched the West's top seed and another Northwest division title. They've been a winning machine all season and will enter the playoffs as a title favorite.

Boston Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla won the East's award. Other West nominees were Chris Finch, Steve Kerr, Ty Lue and Ime Udoka.
