The New York Jets are back at One Jets Drive for offseason workouts.
On Monday, the Jets are one of three teams that have begun OTAs during their 2025 offseason.
Teams that hire a new head coach are allowed to begin their spring workouts earlier... which includes the Jets and Aaron Glenn. Along with New York, the New England Patriots and Chicago Bears get started on Monday. The Las Vegas Raiders and Jacksonville Jaguars will hit the field on Tuesday.
OTAs involves minimal football being played... but workouts are workouts. It's still very early in the offseason as the 2025 NFL draft has yet to unfold, but players who are returning to New York will get their first look at Glenn as their new bench boss.
Workouts are done periodically in the coming weeks and are voluntary until mandatory minicamp rolls around in June.
An breakdown of how the NFL describes offseason workouts can be found below, along with video of players arriving for OTAs at One Jets Drive:

NFL explanation of offseason workouts
Via NFL.com:
Phase One consists of the first two weeks of the program with activities limited to meetings, strength and conditioning, and physical rehabilitation only.
Phase Two consists of the next three weeks of the program. On-field workouts may include individual or group instruction and drills, as well as "perfect play drills," and drills and plays with offensive players lining up across from offensive players and defensive players lining up across from defensive players, conducted at a walk-through pace. No live contact or team offense vs. team defense drills are permitted.
Phase Three consists of the next four weeks of the program. Teams may conduct a total of 10 days of organized team practice activity, or "OTAs". No live contact is permitted, but 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills are permitted.
