Haason Reddick poised to be a veteran leader for the Bucs in 2025

Whenever a team signs a veteran to the roster, they must do two things. One is to produce in some fashion right away, the other is to lead by example. One of the veterans they signed with mild expectations is Hasson Reddick who could be a key to the Bucs defense in 2025 and beyond.

Reddick has had some unique experiences in his NFL career so what he brings to the Bucs in terms of value is hard to describe, but Jason Licht gave it his best shot.

Pewter Report shared that while speaking to the media, Jason Licht has some expectations for the new Bucs Haason Reddick. He shared that during conversations with Reddick, he expressed an intent to help grow the younger defenders on the roster. Licht added that he thinks Reddick will be great in that role and will benefit them tremendously.

Reddick is here on a one-year deal, so his tenure with the team is up in the air beyond 2025. With the team talking about adding another edge rusher in the draft, Reddick could have a lasting impact on the team with the right attitude, whether he remains with the team for the long-haul or not.
