The Bucs made a similar move when they restructured Tristan Wirfs' contract last month ahead of free agency. That move freed up just under $20 million for the Bucs and played a role in Reddick being able to sign with the Bucs. The extra money now gives the team some flexibility heading into the NFL Draft later this month as well.
