The Boston Bruins acquired Will Zellers from the Colorado Avalanche earlier this month as a part of the Charlie Coyle trade. He is certainly a prospect who Bruins fans should feel optimistic about, as he has been dominating in the USHL this season with the Green Bay Gamblers.

Now, due to his incredible play, Zellers has made some Gamblers history. During Green Bay's March 29 contest against the Dubuque Fighting Saints, the 18-year-old forward scored his 42nd goal of the season. With this, he has now set a franchise record with Green Bay for the most goals scored in a single season.

Zellers did not stop there, either, as he also scored his 43rd goal of the season later on in the contest. With this, he now has 66 points in 47 games this campaign. In addition, he has posted eight goals and 11 points in his last eight contests.

Nevertheless, Zellers continues to build on his incredible year, and setting this franchise record for Green Bay only further proves that. It will be intriguing to see how the rest of his year goes from here.
