Arizona Cardinals brought in QB Tyler Huntley for workout

The Arizona Cardinals could make a move on the roster at quarterback. According to The 33rd Team's Aro Meirov, they had former Baltimore Ravens quarterback Tyler Huntley in on Friday for a tryout.

Huntley has been in the league since 2020 when he signed with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted rookie out of Utah. He spent four years with the Ravens and then played some last season for the Miami Dolphins after he was signed from the practice squad.

He has started 14 games in the NFL, going 5-9. He has completed 64.6% of his passes in his career for 2,786 yards, 11 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. He also has rushed for 644 yards and five scores.

The Cardinals will begin their offseason program on April 22. Many teams will go with four quarterbacks during the offseason. The Cardinals have kept only three the last two offseasons but could go the four QB route, creating competition for Clayton Tune this offseason for the third quarterback role on the team.

We will see if there ends up being signed.
