Alexis Saelemaekers decided to motivate his team following the disappointing result in Bilbao.

In the aftermath of Roma’s elimination from Europa League, Saelemaekers shared a motivational message on Instagram.

“Fall 4 times, stand up 5! Head up and back to work! Daje Roma,” wrote the Belgian attacker.
