Alabama picked up a win on the recruiting trails following the Crimson Tide's annual A-Day event Saturday at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
Muscle Shoals EDGE Kamhariyan Johnson, a 3-star recruit by both 247Sports and On3 and a 4-star recruit by Rivals, committed to coach Kalen DeBoer and Alabama over Auburn, Ole Miss, Clemson, Miami and others.
According to On3, he had received over 30 offers total, including ones from USC, Oklahoma, and Florida. Johnson had planned visits to Auburn, Clemson, Ole Miss, Miami and USC before committing to Alabama.
