The New York Giants have an exciting corps of young wide receivers on their roster, but in this league, there's always room for more.
NFL insider Ryan Fowler reports that the Giants have met with Virginia Tech's Jaylin Lane recently.
Been a busy predraft process for Virginia Tech WR Jaylin Lane.

Recent meetings with the Jets, Giants, Saints & Bills and will soon meet with the offensive staffs of the Eagles, Bears, Panthers & Chiefs, per source.
It isn't clear if the meeting was a Top 30 visit or something less formal. Either way, the Giants are interested in the former Hokie star.
The 5-foot-10, 190-pound Lane ran a 4.35 40 at the NFL Combine this year, which was fourth among all wide receivers at the event. He was also third in the vertical and broad jump categories.
From Lance Zierlein of NFL.com:
Semi-versatile slot option with legitimate long speed and talent to add yardage with the ball in his hands. Lane can stretch defenses from the slot with his build-up speed and is a viable option in catch-and-run packages near the line of scrimmage.
The Giants naturally have Malik Nabers and Darius Slayton on the outside with Wan'Dale Robinson in the slot. They had hoped Jalin Hyatt would develop into that deep threat that could keep secondaries honest, but he has been inconsistent thus far and has even been the subject of trade rumors.
