Biden delivers remarks about New Orleans truck attack: Watch live

President Biden is slated to deliver remarks about the New Orleans attack that left at least 15 dead and dozens more injured early Wednesday morning at about 6:30 p.m. local time

The attack is being investigated by federal and local authorities as an "act of terrorism" after Shamsud-Din Jabbar, 42, drove a pick-up truck into a busy crowd on Bourbon Street early on New Year's Day.

An ISIS flag was located in the vehicle he drove, which appeared to be rented, in addition to weapons and a suspected improvised explosive device (IED).
