New Dragon Age: The Veilguard Launch Trailer Gives Players A Good Look At The Bad Guys
With the Halloween launch of Dragon Age: The Veilguard just days away, developer BioWare has released a launch trailer to give players one final preview of the franchise's latest entry.
Previous trailers for The Veilguard have focused mostly on introducing players to Tevinter (where the game is set) and the companions who will be accompanying them there. The new launch trailer, however, revolves mostly around the enemies players will be facing as they battle to save Thedas.
"Artifacts that have been dormant for centuries are awakening," a voiceover explains as a metallic monster somewhat resembling Animated Armor roars to life and begins wreaking havoc. Later, an unseen creature with far too many tentacles can be seen grabbing a guard by the throat and (presumably) dragging him to his doom.
