Here are this week's candidates.
Cooper Cardwell, Carter: Cardwell was 2-for-3 with a double and three RBIs in a 5-0 win over Gibbs last Wednesday.
Gavin French, Heritage: French pitched seven innings allowing only one hit and striking out 11 in a 3-1 win over South-Doyle last Wednesday. He was was 2-for-4 with a home run, a double and six RBIs in a 14-3 win over Seymour last Saturday.
Kaden Krahn, Oneida: Krahn had a hat trick in a 7-1 win over Harriman last Tuesday.
Logan Mee, Gibbs: Mee was 3-for-3 with a triple and five RBIs in a 14-4 win over Cumberland Gap last Monday.
Knox Pemberton, Coalfield: The freshman was 8-of-13 with two doubles and was 1-0 on the mound, including a three-hit shutout of Chuckey Doak during a four-game stretch last week that saw Coalfield go 4-0.
Matt Schroeffel, Bearden: Schroeffel was 2-for-3 with a home run and three RBIs in a 6-4 win over Morristown West last Saturday. He was was 2-for-3 with two RBIs in a 9-2 win over Karns last Friday. He also pitched seven innings allowing only three hits and striking out 10 in a 3-2 win over West last Monday.
Colby Stokely, CAK: Stokely had a hat trick in a 3-1 varsity soccer win over Berean Christian last Tuesday.
Jacob Vineyard, Lakeway Christian: Vineyard was 2-for-3 with a home run, a double and four RBIs.
