The Oklahoma City Thunder have clinched the first seed. Not surprising considering they've held a double-digit game lead in the standings for most of the season.

The Thunder continue a four-game homestand when they host the Chicago Bulls on Monday. This will mark Josh Giddey's first return to OKC since he was traded in the offseason.

Only two weeks remain in the 2024-25 regular season. Even though the Thunder aren't involved, plenty of heated races for seeding have ramped up as the margin for error gets thinner. Thunder Wire will conduct daily updates on the West's standings until the season ends:

What happened last night?

Cavaliers 127, Clippers 122: The Clippers' comeback attempt fell just short. They ran out of time in Cleveland. It would've been an impressive win, as the Cavaliers have looked human in recent weeks. Norman Powell had a breakout of 34 points after struggling.

Timberwolves 123, Pistons 104: This will likely be a costly win and loss for both teams. A massive fight broke out, which resulted in the ejection of several players and coaches. Donte DiVincenzo was at the forefront of it. Minnesota's duo of Anthony Edwards and Julius Randle led the way with a combined 51 points.

Warriors 148, Spurs 106: It was a much-needed blowout win for the Warriors. Everybody contributed to this lopsided affair over the tanking Spurs. Six Golden State players scored double-digit points.

Rockets 148, Suns 109: The Rockets had their best scoring output of the season. Jalen Green went off for 33 points to lead the way. But the biggest news out of this game was Kevin Durant's ankle sprain. The Suns will see how much time he'll miss, but with just two weeks left, this could be a season-ender for their postseason hopes.
