Nearly three weeks into the NFL's free agency period, which of the Indianapolis Colts' own free agents remain unsigned this offseason?
The Colts entered free agency with a whopping 21 of their own unrestricted free agents this offseason. GM Chris Ballard would make a few re-signings and several have ended up elsewhere, but the majority of that group remain unsigned.
Last offseason, Ballard made it a point of emphasis to re-sign his own players, which meant only making two outside additions in free agency--Joe Flacco and Raekwon Davis. However, banking on continuity being a catalyst for this group backfired, and after the 2024 season, Ballard would call his roster construction approach a year ago a "mistake."
To remedy this, Ballard wants to lean into the competition element this season, and part of the equation when it comes to accomplishing that is roster turnover.
So, of the Colts' 2025 unrestricted free agent class, which players have already signed elsewhere, and who remains available in free agency? Let's take an updated look at where things now stand.
