UFC on ESPN 65 pre-event facts: Brad Tavares can tie Michael Bisping's wins record

After multiple weeks on the road, the octagon returns to the UFC Apex in Las Vegas on Saturday with UFC on ESPN 65.

In the main event, ranked featherweights clash when Josh Emmett (19-4 MMA, 10-4 UFC) takes on the undefeated Lerone Murphy (15-0-1 MMA, 7-0-1 UFC) in a matchup scheduled for five rounds.

Emmett is 8-3 since he dropped to the UFC featherweight division in October 2017.

Emmett's 12 knockdowns landed in UFC featherweight competition are most in divisional history.

Emmett's four knockdowns of Felipe Arantes at UFC Fight Night 118 are tied for third-most in a UFC fight. Only Stephens (five) at UFC 215 and Forrest Petz (five) at UFC Fight Night 6 have scored more knockdowns in a fight.

Emmett is the only fighter in UFC history to land four knockdowns in a single round. He accomplished the feat against Arantes at UFC Fight Night 118.

Murphy's eight-fight UFC unbeaten streak at featherweight is tied with Movsar Evloev and Sean Woodson for the longest active streak in the division.

Murphy's seven-fight UFC winning streak at featherweight is the second-longest active streak in the division behind Evloev (eight).

Murphy completes 54.6 percent of his takedown attempts in UFC featherweight competition, the second-highest rate among active fighters in the weight class behind Ricardo Ramos (55.2 percent).
