Auburn basketball lands Keyshawn Hall from transfer portal. How former UCF guard fits.

Auburn basketball has yet to finish its 2024-25 season, but it's already getting a head start on next year in the transfer portal.

Keyshawn Hall, a combo guard from UCF, announced Wednesday on his personal Instagram account that he'd be continuing his college career under Bruce Pearl. Listed as the 10th best player available in the portal by 247Sports, Hall has one season of eligibility remaining.

Hall has spent his college career on the move, playing his freshman season at UNLV before transferring to George Mason as a sophomore. His spent his junior year at UCF and turned in one of the best efforts of his career.

He averaged a career-high and team-best 18.8 points for the Knights, leading the Big 12 in scoring. He did so while shooting 42.7% from the field and 35.4% from distance.

Hall brings considerable size to Auburn's back court at 6-foot-7 and 235 pounds. He was also one of the best in the nation last season at drawing fouls, averaging 6.7 drawn fouls per 40 minutes. That ranked in the 99th percentile nationally.
