Tennessee Titans' Chad Brinker and Brian Callahan are not making trip to Colorado pro day

The Colorado Buffaloes will hold their pro day on April 4, and for the first time, NFL executives and scouts will see Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter work out during this pre-draft process.

There is little doubt the Tennessee Titans will have a group in attendance to see two of the top prospects in the 2025 NFL draft. However, it sounds like the Titans’ contingent will be missing two key decision makers.

Ian Rapoport reported earlier Monday that neither president Chad Brinker nor head coach Brian Callahan will make the trip to Boulder for the workout.

While this could be a sign that Tennessee is leaning toward Cam Ward, it could mean nothing. The NFL is in the middle of smokescreen season, and nothing can be taken at face value. The Titans have a previously scheduled private workout with Sanders and Hunter on April 9, and Brinker and Callahan have said they will attend.

Plus, there has been no word from the Titans who will make the trip to the workout. It is possible that general manager Mike Borgonzi and other top executives will be present. Tennessee made some tremendous additions to the front office earlier in the offseason, and this is the exact situation where their NFL front office experience will be valuable.

Ultimately, Tennessee could end up selecting Ward, making this a huge tell that the rest of the league could interpret. No one will find out until the draft kicks off in Green Bay on April 24.
