Seven-time Pro Bowl wide receiver and Atlanta Falcons legend Julio Jones announced his retirement from the NFL after 13 seasons. The Falcons traded up to acquire Jones in the first round of the 2011 NFL draft out of Alabama and he went on to become one of the league's best players for roughly a decade.
The 36-year-old spent his first 10 seasons in Atlanta before getting traded to the Tennessee Titans during the 2021 offseason. While Jones' career was never quite the same after he left the Falcons, he will likely be headed to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in a few years.
Jones finished with at least 1,300 receiving yards each season from 2014-2019. He and former Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan formed one of the greatest duos in league history. Fans will remember Jones fondly for the many memories he provided throughout his NFL career.
