Russell Wilson Sends Three-Word Message to Free Agent WR

Russell Wilson is fresh off his first season with the Pittsburgh Steelers. At 36 years old, the potential future Hall of Fame quarterback is working through the free agency process.

Wilson led the Steelers to a 10-8 record, losing to the Baltimore Ravens in the playoffs.

During his lone season with the Steelers, Wilson recorded 16 touchdowns and 2,482 yards with a 63.7 completion percentage.

As Wilson looks to produce at a high level in the 2025 season, his former teammate, Tyler Lockett, may have the same goal after being released by the Seattle Seahawks.

While the two look for new homes in free agency, Wilson took the time to post Lockett's highlights on social media, sharing high praise for his former teammate.

"That boy gooood," Wilson said.

Last season, Lockett posted two touchdowns and 600 yards on 49 receptions.

The former Seahawks star recently capped off his 10th season in Seattle. Lockett played alongside Wilson in the NFC West from 2014 to 2021.

Wilson has been closely connected to two franchises since the free agency period began: the Cleveland Browns and the New York Giants.

Both teams are in need of a veteran quarterback to help bring stability to their offense, but fans and media personnel continue to be in the waiting stage on Wilson's free agency decision.
