Roma have yet to make a decision regarding the future of Samuel Dahl.
According to today’s edition of Il Tempo, the Swedish fullback is in Benfica’s plans.
The Portuguese giants want to discuss the possibility of keeping him on a permanent deal following his loan from Roma.
Benfica, satisfied with the player’s performance, intend to activate the economic agreement already set with the Giallorossi: 8 million euros plus 2 in bonuses.
Although Roma has so far maintained a rigid position, Benfica will try to overcome this by counting on the player’s will to stay in Portugal.
In the meantime, Dahl has attracted attention from other European clubs, which is why the Giallorossi management is considering the opportunity to cash in now or reintegrate him into the squad.
